DO YOU ONLY TAKE TWO PASSENGERS
All pricing is based on a Charter Rate that includes One Guest - Just use the calculator to estimate additional guest - please realize that the calculator only estimates for one piece of equipment at a time.  You can bring additional passengers with you. But please remember, no one will be on your trip unless they are with your party, we do not mix guests, exclusivity is what we do best - we are not a tourist stop! We are by appointment and private.

REFUNDS
If dangerous weather is in the area, I will stop the operation!  You will be offered a Full Refund, A 100% Gift Certificate, or a Reschedule – totally your choice!

If the weather in the area is absolutely miserable, then, we will stop the operation if you, the customer, so desires.  However, if you, the customer, decides you don’t want to go, then, You will be offered a Full Refund, A 100% Gift Certificate, or a Reschedule – totally your choice!

If it’s just not a perfect day and there are showers in the area, we operate normally, however, we will allow you to reschedule the trip and time of departure to any open and available dates and times.

If you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount, if you cancel within seven days there is a 50% cancellation fee! Please remember, we do not want anyone's money unless we earn it and can deliver 110% satisfaction, but I am only trying to run a business and a schedule.

All of our safaris are designed with children in mind.

WHAT ARE THE DEPARTURE TIMES
All departure times are as per the customer’s request, if that time is available.  We are by appointment only and we do not take talk up customers - you must be in our reservation system.

What if I just found you and want to go today, the same day?  Just put in your reservation and call us immediately after doing so.  We will, if the Captain and Airboat Yacht is on location, try to get you out on the same day if we can – please believe me, planning works out the best!

We operate seven days a week and twenty four hours per day.  We contract with the US Government as well as the Film Industry, therefore, we are pretty much on call twenty four hours per day!

WHAT ARE THE BEST TIMES TO GO OUT

WINTER TIME
Not before 9am and you should plan to be back by 5pm - this is just for temperatures on cold days. All of our winter days are not cold, however, planning is the best option - always bring warm clothes in the winter time from November until the end of April can have a chill. We will put your dry garments in a secure box on the airboat yacht just in case you need them.

SUMMER TIME
You can wear anything you want, just wear your sun block as necessary.  It’s always good to have a Windbreaker or Light Raincoat in the Summer Months just in case you encounter a light shower.

BUG’S
There are no bugs at any times of the year on the your personal airboat safari.  The only time you will encounter mosquitoes is doing a certain time of year, in the summer time, that changes due to water levels.  You will only encounter the mosquitoes when leaving your car and getting on the boat or when we stop at an island.  If the bugs are bad we will not stop at the island unless you, the client, so desire.  We want you trip to be an outstanding one and want you and your friends to return.

WHAT TO WEAR
The temperature on the boat drops twenty degrees once the boat is moving and the wind chill factor is present.  In the summer when it’s ninety degrees, it could not be more welcome!  In the winter, on a cold everglades day around seventy degrees, which is pleasant, the sensation will be a drop to about fifty to fifty five degrees… You will be well rewarded to have warm clothes with you, remember, if you don't need them, we store them in a dry box for you!  

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Can we bring beverages with us, yes!  We will have bottled water and ice on board, we can cater for you, but prefer you bring your own food.  You can bring wine and cheese and enjoy the exciting and romantic sunsets, brunch, or an Everglades Lunch!

I’M JUST ONE PERSON
We can accommodate you when you are by yourself.  You will get to sit with the captain and become the First Officer, you will find you are in the presence of a New Friend.  You and the captain will go Exploring the Everglades together – I promise you, you will have a great time

CAN WE BRING OUR DOG OR PET
Yes, you can bring your dog, I take mine out all the time.  However, if your dog gets off the leash and in the water with the gator's... The alligators within seconds will have a dining feast on little Wally or Walla... This is the owner/masters decision. We have not had any problems at this point - but gator's want to eat fish, birds and four legged mammals before they want to eat humans.

TIPS
If I want to leave a tip for the captain, if he does a great job, can you tell me what is appropriate?  This is a tough one for me.  Tips are a gift when you are 120% satisfied, not when you are only 100% satisfied.  We owe you, our clients, a 100% product.  It is only when you feel we have gone over and above in our service and product that you should consider a tip.

Customary, most folks leave between Ten to Twenty Percent Tips.  Tips range between zero and two hundred dollars.  But remember, we understand that some folks can’t afford to tip, we understand that!  We are everyday workers just like most of our clients.  If you decide to leave the captain a tip, then, thank you for it will be greatly appreciated.
